Hello, and welcome to Adjuster Pro Services. We are a State Licensed Public Adjuster. We work for you to investigate, document, estimate your property damage, and negotiate a settlement on your behalf with the insurance company.

Tera Riley of Adjuster Pro Services is dedicated with a proven commitment to professional excellence by meeting the challenge of the national examinations for the Senior Professional Public Adjuster (SPPA) and the Certified Professional Public Adjuster (CPPA) designations. Additional licenses held by Tera Riley include a State of Florida Licensed Certified Building Contractor, State of Florida Licensed Certified Roofing Contractor, State of Florida Licensed Mold Assessor, State of Florida Licensed Mold Remediator, EPA Lead Certified, and a Stormwater Inspector.

I grew up watching and learning from my parents in the construction industry, with my mom being a drafter and my dad a builder. Starting in 1991, I was fortunate to step into a valuable role in the family business, Riley Homes and Consulting, Inc. and Roofing by Riley of address 9902 Sublette Ave., Orlando, FL. Here I was able to get an early start to not only understand but to gain firsthand experience in all aspects of the construction process.

I later went on studying and obtaining various licenses in the construction industry and opening a successful construction company of my own, Professional Contracting, Inc. At Professional Contracting, Inc. our projects consisted of commercial build-outs, home renovations, roofing and mitigation due to water, fire, vandalism and even termites or rot. Not all of our projects were covered losses by the insurance company but when they were we worked with the carrier so they could understand the true nature and extent of the loss to adequately repair or replace the damaged property. After all insurance is the promise to make you whole after a loss, put you back to pre-loss condition, to indemnify you.

In 2015 I became a licensed insurance adjuster. Then just three years later in 2018 I took the steps to become a licensed Public Adjuster. I opened my own adjusting firm, Adjuster Pro Services. Essentially, I went back to my roots looking out and working for you the policyholder, business owner, home owner.

At Adjuster Pro Services, we pride ourselves in offering reliable services as we are highly experienced (over 30 years of experience); have analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills. We also have a proven history of maintaining complete client files. We pay attention to details to ensure our clients who suffer covered losses are issued correct values.
