Last year, after a bad rain storm, I came home to a room full of water on the floor and a ceiling leaking like a cive. I called my insurance company and they sent a contractor and adjuster out to review the damage. A couple weeks went by, and finally I heard back from the insurance company recommended contractor and they informed me that they wanted to schedule the repairs, on the damaged room.
